Spinach Balls

2 boxes frozen spinach, chopped and drained

2 cups stuffing mix

6 eggs, beaten

¾ cup melted margarine

¾ tablespoon garlic powder

2 large onions chopped finely

½ to ¾ cup grated parmesan

½ cup chopped parsley

1 teaspoon pepper

Mix well and form into bite-sized balls. Place on a cookie sheet and bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes.
