Buttercream Icing


3 cups powdered sugar

1 cup butter

1 tsp vanilla

5 T whipping cream

 
Whisk together sugar and butter. Mix until blended then increase speed and beat for another 3 minutes. Add vanilla and cream and continue to beat for 1 more minute.
