preheat to 350 degrees
Mix extra moist yellow cake mix with:
3 eggs
1/2 cup oil
1 large can crushed pineapple (with juice)
Bake for 36 minutes
For topping:
some powdered sugar (1/2-3/4 c?)
about a cup or a little more of heavy whipping cream
vanilla bean paste
whip until stiff peaks
fold in mascarpone
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Mix:
2 1/4 cups or 281 grams flour
3/4 cup or 150 grams powdered sugar
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
Mix until light and fluffy:
2 sticks butter
3/4 cup or 150 grams sugar
Mix into butter then add to flour (do not overmix):
1 egg
2 teaspoons vanilla
Make 2 Tablespoon balls and roll in extra sugar
Bake 10 minutes.
