Creamy Tomato with Tortellini Soup (Crockpot)

In a large crockpot, simmer the following ingredients on high for 3 hrs

    48oz chicken broth

    2 cans of tomato soup

    3 cans diced tomato

    garlic

    garlic salt

    1 pound cooked Italian sausage (optional)

Then add 

    2 containers garlic and herb cheese spread (cream cheese) - until melted through

    refrigerated tortellini 

    bunch of fresh baby spinach

Cook for another hour or so. 


alternatively:

In a large pot, 

sear some broccolini and remove from pot.

Brown hot sausage.

Add in garlic and saute. 

add in garlic salt, pepper, and MSG. 

add in a large can of diced tomatoes

add in 2 cans of tomato bisque soup

add a box of chicken bone broth

when simmering, add boursin cheese and about 8 oz of feta

add tortellini

add spinach

add broccolini back in

splash of heavy cream
