Bacon Wrapped Dates

1 package pitted deglet noor (preferred) or medjool dates
1 package cream cheese
pinch of cinnamon
pinch of sea salt
center cut bacon

Mix cinnamon and salt into cream cheese, and then stuff the dates. Wrap with bacon and use a toothpick to secure, or put end side down onto a tray covered with parchment paper. Sprinkle brown sugar over the top. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes or until bacon is crisp.
